Last week, three members of our team – Sam Hartness (President), Josh Caswell (SICK Product Specialist), and Anna Doyle (Marketing Manager) – had the opportunity to visit SICK’s headquarters in Minneapolis, and it was time well spent.

 

The visit kicked off with a tour of SICK’s impressive new building, a space that clearly reflects their continued investment in innovation, collaboration, and customer support. From the layout to the technology embedded throughout the facility, it was clear that SICK is building for the future.

 

Beyond the facility itself, the team spent meaningful time learning about SICK’s latest product developments. Josh dove deep into the technical capabilities and applications of the new products, gaining firsthand insight that will directly benefit our customers. Anna focused on understanding how these innovations are positioned in the market and how we can better communicate their value. Sam engaged in broader discussions around strategy, partnership, and long-term growth.

 

Visits like this are invaluable. They strengthen our relationship with key partners, deepen our product knowledge, and ensure we stay aligned with where the industry is headed. We’re excited to bring these insights back to our team and, most importantly, to our customers.
